Kevin Kemmerer, Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Kemmerer brings over 30 years of software expertise to WorkWave and has been instrumental in leading and growing a broad range of high-quality software businesses throughout his career. He joined WorkWave from Brightly Software, where he served as CEO and helped Brightly achieve its position as the leading SaaS enterprise asset management provider. Kevin orchestrated Brightly's successful sale to Siemens and served on the executive leadership team of Siemens’ $20+B revenue Smart Infrastructure division.

Kevin sits on the board of Symplr, the leading software provider for healthcare operations. Kevin began his career as a software developer in the financial services industry and moved on to be a Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and a Mergers & Acquisitions executive at Broadview (now Jefferies, Inc.). Kevin helped launch Kennet Capital in the US, Broadview’s growth-stage venture capital fund. Later in his career, Kevin served as EVP and Managing Director of Safeguard Scientifics (NYSE: SFE) and as an Executive-In-Residence at Warburg Pincus where he focused on healthcare IT investments. Prior to joining Brightly, he was EVP of Product at iPipeline, a SaaS software company focused on the insurance market.

Kevin holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BE in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.

Greg Doran, Chief Financial Officer

Greg oversees WorkWave's financial strategy and operations, bringing a wealth of experience in SaaS, payments, and private equity. With over 25 years in CFO and business operations roles, Greg has held leadership positions at several tech companies. He most recently served as Operating Partner at Thoma Bravo, one of the world’s largest software-focused investment firms, with a 40+ year history and approximately $160 billion in assets. Prior to his time at Thoma Bravo, Greg served as the CFO of Frontline Education, a leading K12 administrative software provider, where he led the accounting & finance, M&A and other administrative & operational functions. Additionally, Greg has held finance and operational leadership positions at IBM, Pepperjam and Fiberlink (Maas360).

Greg earned his degree in Accounting from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.

Robbie Hobbs, Chief Product Officer

Robbie Hobbs is a seasoned technology and product executive with over 20 years of experience in R&D, engineering, and product management across aerospace, energy, and commercial real estate. As Chief Product Officer at WorkWave, he leads the company’s product innovation strategy, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class software and fintech solutions that empower mobile service businesses to operate more efficiently, enhance service quality, and drive growth.

Hobbs has built his career on solving complex business challenges through the seamless integration of people, process, and technology. Prior to joining WorkWave, he served as Chief Product Officer at Jones Lang LaSalle Technologies (JLLT), where he spearheaded efforts to modernize commercial building services by leveraging real-time data, AI-driven workflows, and automation—helping businesses navigate the pandemic and transition to the hybrid work era. Previously, he held leadership roles at General Electric, where he delivered critical hardware and software upgrades that improved the flexibility, efficiency, and emissions of natural gas power plants, enabling them to adapt to an evolving energy market increasingly reliant on renewables, and at Rolls-Royce, where he developed advanced materials to enhance the fuel efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of air travel.

Originally from Australia, Hobbs has lived, studied, and worked across four continents, shaping his global perspective on business and technology. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

John Phelan, Chief Technology Officer

John is a seasoned technology and product leader with over 25 years of experience and proven results in product development, cloud operations and IT transformation across high-growth software and technology industries. He has demonstrated success adapting in fast-paced, dynamic settings, including high-stakes mergers and acquisitions, and is passionate about how AI can serve the needs of customers to help make them more efficient and effective in their operations.

Phelan most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Hyland Software, being part of the leadership team that helped grow the company revenue close to 100x during his tenure. Along that journey he served in many roles, starting his career as a test engineer, founding their professional services business, as well as holding positions as Chief Information Officer and Chief Product & Technology Officer. He was also an early adopter of embedding AI technology into the Hyland tech stack. Through his diverse set of experiences, he has had a front row seat to see how enterprise technology is built, deployed and operated and brings those perspectives to the work he does every day. He is currently based in Ohio.

Arjun Ramchandran, Chief Customer Officer

As WorkWave’s Chief Customer Officer, Arjun is responsible for overseeing all global post-sales functions including professional services, customer support, customer success, and learning and development.

Arjun brings with him over 15 years of leadership experience in SaaS companies, where he has built and scaled world-class customer-facing organizations. Most recently, he served as the CCO at ARCOS, where he helped utility and airline customers drive greater efficiency, speed, and safety in their mission-critical field operations. Under his leadership, ARCOS saw significant results and improvements in customer retention, support scalability, and implementation efficiency.

Before his time at ARCOS, Arjun held various leadership positions at Genesys, a global leader in customer experience and call center technology, where he ran professional services for cloud products and played a crucial role in establishing the customer success function. His work involved helping cloud customers realize value and advancing key transformation initiatives across onboarding, renewals and customer strategy.

Arjun also spent time earlier in his career as a management consultant, helping global technology companies drive operational strategy and transformation.

Arjun’s diverse background provides him with a truly international perspective on customer engagement and leadership. He holds an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Manipal Institute of Technology. He currently resides in Northern Virginia with his family.

Kelly Gliatta, Chief Human Resource Officer

As Chief Human Resource Officer, Kelly is responsible for the talent management aspects of the business, including recruiting, onboarding, professional development, office management and human resource initiatives. Kelly joined WorkWave as a customer service representative in July 1999, and has held various roles within support since that time, including VP of Support from 2010 to March 2015.

Kelly has a B.A. with Honors in psychology from Georgian Court University.

Aimee Rametta, Chief Marketing Officer

Aimee Rametta serves as Chief Marketing Officer at WorkWave, where she leads the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy, driving both brand awareness and demand generation across a diverse portfolio of field service management solutions. She oversees a high-performing team responsible for demand generation, events, digital marketing, corporate communications, social media, creative direction, and marketing technology.

With a career grounded in strategic leadership, Aimee brings a wealth of experience from prominent global organizations. At News Corporation, she held a key executive role, where she led a major transformation in brand positioning and content strategy. Her marketing journey began at Unilever, where she spearheaded innovative product marketing initiatives and built a strong foundation in consumer engagement and brand development.

Aimee earned her Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University, graduating summa cum laude. Her ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, along with her unwavering commitment to excellence, has been a defining force throughout her career in marketing.

Jill Davie, SVP & GM, Cleaning & Security

Jill Davie started her career at TEAM Software as a summer marketing intern in 1996. At the time, TEAM was a start-up with 12 employees

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Iowa State University, Jill joined TEAM full time in 1998 as a Sales Associate. Over the next 20 years, she assumed various leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Customer Success and Professional Services as the company grew significantly. Jill also served on TEAM’s Board of Directors from 2014 through 2021 when it was acquired by WorkWave. During her board tenure, TEAM transformed from founder-owned, to employee-owned to private equity owned. They also acquired five companies across the globe, expanding their domestic and international market leadership.

Currently, Jill serves as the SVP & GM, Cleaning & Security responsible for Customer Success Management, Professional Services and Customer Engagement. She is passionate about operational excellence, engaging directly with customers and attracting and retaining top talent with a people-centric culture.

Rohan Sukhdeo, General Counsel

Rohan Sukhdeo serves as the General Counsel for WorkWave. With almost 20 years of legal experience, Rohan leads strategic and tactical legal initiatives and compliance for the company and handles all commercial legal matters.

Rohan spent 12 years at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he was chief counsel for several business units, lead the Legal Process Services practice globally, and served as the chief compliance officer. He began his legal career as a corporate associate at the law firms of Lowenstein Sandler, LLP, and McCarter & English, LLP, where he developed experience in contracts, commercial law, ethics & compliance, intellectual property, privacy, technology transactions, and other transactional matters. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University.

Jesper Andersen, Chairperson of the Board

Jesper Andersen has held executive leadership positions for fast-paced, global enterprise software and infrastructure companies for more than the past two decades. Most recently, he was the CEO of Infoblox, a leading provider of DDI networking and cyber security solutions. Andersen has considerable experience in business application software from prior executive roles at Oracle Corp and Peoplesoft. Andersen has a Master of Computer Science from Aalborg University in his native Denmark.

Arvindh Kumar, Board Member

Arvindh Kumar is a Partner and Co-Head of EQT's Global Technology Sector Team, based in the New York office. He joined EQT Partners in January 2020.

Arvindh has a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining EQT Partners, Arvindh was a General Partner at ICONIQ Capital, where he was responsible for leading its technology private equity practice. Previously, he was a Principal at Thoma Bravo focused on enterprise software. Other prior roles include Prospect Capital Management and Morgan Stanley.

Naveen Wadhera, Board Member

Naveen is co-head of TA's Europe Technology Group, as well as actively involved in growth investments across India and other emerging markets. Naveen joined TA in 2001 and has more than 20 years of experience in private equity and financial services. He has been heavily involved in the firm’s international expansion having co-founded TA’s European and Asian efforts and sponsored and led investments in several geographies across technology, financial services, healthcare and consumer businesses. Naveen is actively engaged in driving portfolio company growth initiatives, both organic and through acquisitions.

Stewart Lynn, Board Member

Stewart is a Partner at Serent Capital. He leads Serent's investment efforts in the financial services, logistics, and software sectors.

Prior to joining Serent, Stewart was a Vice President at the Seabury Group, a boutique investment bank and management consulting firm, and was part of the leadership team that helped grow the consulting practice to over 60 consultants within 5 years. His advisory work included projects on business planning, market sizing, and operational improvement for clients in over 10 countries. In addition, he spent multiple years in the Private Equity practice, advising leading private equity firms on buyout investments. Prior to Seabury, Stewart worked as a consultant at Bain & Company in Chicago.

Stewart received a joint degree JD-MBA from Stanford University's Law School and Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller, a Siebel Scholar, and the Henry Ford II Scholar (graduating first in his class). Stewart also has a BA, magna cum laude, in Economics and Mathematics from Northwestern University.

Eric Palmer, Board Member

Eric Palmer joined the WorkWave Board of Directors in 2021. He is a serial C-level executive and company growth strategy advisor with extensive history in operations and finance.

An expert in software, service, and SaaS businesses, Eric has orchestrated private equity financings, venture capital investments, IPOs, private and public debt financings, acquisitions, roll-ups and other strategic initiatives. He is passionate about creating value in early and growth-stage companies and his programs and strategies have driven successful exits for several high-growth companies.

Eric earned a Business degree from the Wilfrid Laurier University, one of Canada’s top-ranked business schools, and is an accredited Chartered Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant, and a CPA.

Sheryl Hoskins, Board Member

Sheryl has nearly two decades of experience leading and growing SaaS businesses in various industries including healthcare, government, event registration, and hospitality. She previously served as CEO of Upserve, Inc., which was acquired by Lightspeed Commerce in December 2020. Sheryl was also formerly a General Manager for Active Network, which was acquired by Global Payments in August 2017, and post-acquisition was the Chief Revenue and Product officer for the business. She is passionate about building strong cultures that empower people to create sustainable and repeatable processes and systems. Her approach in building high-growth businesses has driven successful exits in companies with innovative software, services, and payment technology.

A Chicago-native, Sheryl has lived and managed teams all over the world, spending the first half of her career at Fortune 15 companies General Electric and McKesson Corp, where she held domestic and international leadership roles. She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA in Marketing, and is a U.S. Army veteran.

Sejal Pietrzak, Board Member

Sejal Pietrzak has held executive leadership positions for fast-paced, global enterprise software companies across all stages of growth and value creation for the past two decades. Most recently, she was the CEO of DealerSocket, a leading SaaS provider to the automotive industry, which was acquired by Solera in 2021. Pietrzak has been recognized with several awards including being ranked #7 in the Software Report’s Top 50 SaaS CEOs list in 2019 and being named one of the Top 25 Women in Private Equity-Backed Software Companies in 2020. Pietrzak has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from The College of William & Mary in Virginia.

Jonathan Wulkan, Board Member

Jonathan Wulkan joined Hg in London in 2019 and is a founding member of the San Francisco office, as well as a Principal in Hg’s large cap Saturn fund.

At Hg, Jon focuses on investments in enterprise software, with an emphasis on ERP, tax and accounting, and fintech businesses. Prior to Hg, Jon worked at Vista Equity Partners and ICONIQ Capital. He holds a BSc in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Chris Litchford, Board Member

Chris is a Partner at EQT on the Private Equity line, focusing on investments in the technology sector. He joined EQT in 2024 and is based in New York. Prior to joining EQT, Chris spent 6 years at Centerbridge Partners and 8 years at Court Square Capital Partners. Chris is a graduate of the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration with Highest Distinction, and a second major in Economics with Honors.
