Log into your field service software and locate the customer’s account and service invoice.
Locate the customer’s credit card number and copy/write down their payment information.
Exit field service software, open new Internet tab and log into separate payment processing portal.
Enter all of the customer’s credit card information and process the payment.
Monitor to ensure payment goes through and is successful.
Log back into field service software.
Locate service invoice and credit account with the processed payment.
Close out invoice and proceed to processing the next customer payment.

Log into your field service software and locate the customer’s account and service invoice.
Select the “Process Payments” option right within your field service software.
Locate and select the appropriate service invoice. Enter the payment amount and select the corresponding credit card on file to be applied. Briefly review the payment details before submitting and processing payment.
Customer’s invoice is complete and automatically closed. Proceed to the next customer payment.
